ESCOJA LA FORMA CORRECTA DEL VERBO. USE EL PRESENTE O EL PASADO SIMPLE. NO USE CONTRACCIONES.
EXAMPLE:
In exercise 1 we have to use the verb WANT that is in parentheses. The question is what do we do in PRESENT OR PAST?
What we should know:
- LAST a word that tells us that the sentence must be in the past.
In exercise # 2 the sentence is in the past tense because it says:
- YOU WERE THERE. (You were there. Then the sentence that follows is also in the past tense. SEE is an irregular verb and its past tense form is SAW. I saw you (Yo te vì)
IN EXERCISE 3. This type of sentences where the
- AGE always goes in PRESENT SIMPLE.
In exercise 4 the key is at the beginning in the AUXILIAR DOES
- DO AND DOES are auxiliaries that are used in the PRESENT SIMPLE.
In sentence 5 it can go in the PRESENT OR PAST, there is no problem, it just has to go in the NEGATIVE.
