En el pasado perfecto la clave es usar had + verb in past participle en cualquier pronombre.

Sujeto+had+verbo pasado participip+ complemento

Sujeto+hadn't+verbo pasado participip+ complemento

Had+sujeto+verbo pasado participip+ complemento
