As we navigate these new, and often stressful, times it’s important to make both mental and physical health a priority. Create a sense of structure and routine in daily life, including regular sleep and rest
Pay attention to your body—take breaks, get outside, eat and drink when your body signals it needs it
Share positivity—amplify hopeful stories of local people and celebrate successes at work
Protect yourself and be supportive of others
