You live in a coastal town. Fishing is a very important economy activity, but in recent years the
number of fish has decreased. This has had a negative impact. A foreign company is interested in
building a port to export coal by ship. It has offered to buy a part of the beach for this project.
The town has to decide what to do.



A. I have no doubt it's wrong to sell the beach because the transportation of coal will pollute
B. I think it's a good opportunity to make money to build more tourist facilities.
C. I'm sure it's a good idea to sell but it's important to make the company promise they will not
pollute the beach.​
