Respuesta:

1. I'm studying at the moment (Presente continuo/ Present continuous)

I'm not studying at the moment (Negativo/negative)

2. You are playing tennis (Presente continuo/ Present continuous)

    You aren't playing tennis (Negativo/negative)

3. She isn't work in spain. (negativo/negative)

She is working in spain (Presente continuo/Present continuous)

Explicación:

Son algunas respuestas porque te explicaré.

Cuando usas el positivo no usas el presente continuo, osea el "Ing"

Ejemplo: "I work in a restaurant"/ Yo trabajo en un restaurante.

Cuando usas el presente continuo agregas el "ing"

Ejemplo: I'm working in a restaurant/ Yo estoy trabajando en un restaurante

Cuando usas el negativo agregas el "isn't, doesn't, don't etc"

Ejemplo: I'm not working in a restaurant / Yo no estoy trabajando en un restaurante.

Espero haberte ayudado.
