Desayuno:
Toast two pieces of bread and add two tablespoons of peanut butter on top. If you want, also you can sprinkle some chia.
Almuerzo:
We are going to cut lettuce to make the base of our salad, then we are going to add diced tomato, onion and carrot.
For the salad to be more filling we are going to choose some animal or vegetable protein and finally we are going to add lemon and olive oil to give it flavor.
Cena:
We are going to cook a pesto pasta.
For the sauce we are going to add to the blender; basil, grated cheese, walnuts, a clove of garlic, salt and pepper.
Once it is ready we are going to add it to the pasta and we are going to put a little olive oil on it
