The Independence of mexico was an important event for the Mexican history, it started on September 16th 1810 and it finished on Septenmber 27th 1821, the causes of this movement was the inequality it existed between criollos and peninsulares. the most important chracters were Miguel Hidalgo who was the person who was the leader of the Independence movement, when he died Jose Maria Morelos passed to be the new leader, and finally the people who finished the Independece movement by the Plan of Iguala were Vicente Guerrero and Agusin de Iturbide.
