El pasado simple de los verbos regulares, se forman agregando ED al verbo. Por ejemplo: Visit visited rent- rented play- played invited- invited En forma afirmativa The PLAYED tennis yesterday En forma negativa. They DIDN'T ( did + not play tennis En forma interrogativa: DID They play tennis? El auxiliar de este tiempo verbal es DID, que se usa igual para todas las personas y cuando interrogo o niego el verbo no se nodifica. Ejemplos: 1- They watched a good film on tv What did they watch? Did they wach a good film on tv ? 2- We walked to school yesterday Did we walk to school yesterday Yes, they walked to school yesterday No, they didn't walk to school yesterday
