Explicación paso a paso:

For A(-6,3)

2(-6)+3(3)-5 = -12-5+9 = -8 not equal to zero.

So, line doesn't pass from A.

For B(-2,5)

2(-2)+3(5)-5 = -4+10 = 6 not equal to zero.

So, line doesn't pass from B

For C(-2,3)

2(-2)+3(3)-5 = -9+9 = 0

Lines passes from C.

For D(1,1)

2+3-5 = 0

So, line passes from D.
