During 5 seconds the speedometer of an automobile indicates 60 km/h.
Does this represent a constant speed or a constant velocity?
Justify your answer.​

It represents a constant speed.

The fact that during five seconds, the speedometer,  indicates a constant speed is only  related to the magnitude of the velocity vector.

The speedometer can not reflect anything about the direction and sense of the velocity; velocity is a vectorial magnitude that also  include the direction and the sense of the displacement.

This equipment inside the automobile works according to the number of turns of the wheels and it does not record anythig about the direction of the  steering wheel.
