My favorite sport is volleyball because sometimes when I'm stressed it helps to lift my spirits, and besides it's one of the best sports, volleyball increases our agility, balance, and coordination, it also develops reaction capacity, decreases heart problems. This sport focuses its work on the muscles of the feet, buttocks, quadriceps, lower back, and shoulders due to the position in which the body remains with the knees slightly bent to give the necessary impulse when reaching the ball.
