Hello Dear doctor

I'm writing this to tell you that i am very sick right now! I don't know how it happened, but these are the things I've been doing.

First, I have said to myself I shouldn't eat cold food, or wear light clothes. If i do it, I should and would regret it immediately.

Bur doctor, I think i am being too hard to myself, and it is not working! Please help me.
