el don't se utiliza cuando hablamos de  I, you, we y they, y el doesn't se utiliza con he, she e it, habian algunos ejemplos en donde hablaban de mama o mi hermano etc ahi se utiliza el doesn't porque estas hablando de otra persona como ella, no se si me hice entender espero que te ayude
