When we listen that someone is very "successful", most people’s brains immediately think on monetary success. Money, prestige and popularity are many times seen as the true marker of success in life.

I think money and life satisfaction go up together, but only to a point. Money doesn’t make much difference, and then there’s another point, where more money actually equates to lower life satisfaction. That’s because a super-high-paying job often requires disproportional time, which has to come from other places: You are not sleeping or exercising or spending time with the people you love.

I am a  believer that wealth and fortune doesn't necessarily equal success, true success is happiness and there is a balance you need to find in life.
