we are to meeting him at nine 0'clock

En "the present most I liked was a dress from my mother" el error está en el orden. La forma correcta sería así:

The present that I liked the most was a dress from my mother.

Y en el segundo, "we are to meeting him at nine o'clock", a la oración le falta el "going to", además, ya que esta será añadida, se le quita el gerundio a "meet".

We are going to meet him at nine o'clock.
