Also: You will use the word "also" when you are adding more information to back up your previous statement. For example:

Too: You will use the term "too" when you are trying to describe something with a higher degree, or " " better " ". For example:

As well: You will use the phrase "As well" generally when comparing or promoting two or more things (products, people, etc.) For example:
I will like a hamburger as well as fries to go with the order.
I would rather choose Samsung over Apple, for they have more reasonable prices as well as better overall phone quality.
