Ambos significan "hay" . La diferencia es que "there is " es para singular y "there are" es para plural. Con there is: - there is a mouse under the chair. -there is a man in the kitchen. -there is a pen in my pencilcase. -there is an egg in the fridge. -there is a boy swimming in the swimmingpool Con there are: -there are five dollars in my pocket. -there are a lot of coins in my purse. -there are a lot of people here -there are twenty five children in my classroom. -there are two lamps in my bedroom. Saludos.
