past continuous es todos los verbos con el verbo to be y acabados en -ing

past simple es todos los verbos regulares acabados en -ed y los irregulares se mira la tabla de los verbos irregulares y ya te viene

last vacations i went to manzanillo. i was with my mom, dad, uncle and brother. in the hotel was a lot of americans. i wanted to talk with them but i am pretty shy.... etc.
