Before we get to the great music, we want to let you know what to expect at the new venue and about our COVID prevention procedures. Hopefully, this addresses any questions you may have, but please let us know if you have more questions.

Parking: Here is a link to purchase your parking pass in advance. Purchasing it in advance will make your concert experience a little easier because you will not have to stop at the gate to purchase when you arrive. Please print your parking pass or download it to your digital device. Advance parking is $5. Parking at the event is $10, and we are only able to accept cash.

ADA: There are a few ADA designated spots along the grass between the Buttermaker’s Cottage the entrance gates, and there will also be an ADA drop-off area next to the Bravo entrance. Golf carts will be available to help those with mobility issues from the drop-off point to their picnic spots.

Opening times: Parking starts at 6:00 PM, and the main gate opens 6:30 PM. Ushers will be available to help direct you to the seating areas.

Seating Areas: Table assignments will be designated for those who purchased them. There will also be areas designated for low back and high back chairs.

Bring: Feel free to bring a picnic and snacks. With the exception of Lazy Dog Ice Cream, there will be no food vendors. We also encourage you to bring low back or high back chairs, red, white and blue decorations, (some people go all out!), and money to purchase merchandise, drinks and ice cream. Don’t Bring: Outside alcohol is not allowed but will be available for purchase. Please do not bring any animals–licensed service animals excepted. No fireworks of any kind.

Program: For COVID safety and to help our environment, we are using a touchless program. The full SummerFest program is available on our website with this link. At the concert, there will be QR codes (aka those square codes used at restaurants for menus). You may scan the code with your phone or tablet to get the program order and notes. If you would prefer to print the program, we have attached the program to this email.

COVID Safety: First, please be patient with us and each other. The rules have been continually changing and we are doing our best to offer safe, yet exceptional concerts this summer. State regulations do not require masks at this event, but the CDC recommends that anyone who is not fully vaccinated wear a mask. Please do not question other guests about their mask choices. Everyone needs to do what they feel is best for their own safety.

Second, please make sure you (and your guests) can answer these questions “no” before you join us on Saturday July 3rd.  

• Have you tested positive for Covid-19 in the past 21 days?  

• Have you been in contact with anyone in the last two weeks who has tested positive for Covid-19?

• Do you have a fever (100.4°F or higher)?

• Do you have a cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, or muscle aches that cannot be attributed to another health condition or activity?  

If you have answered “yes” to any of these questions, as much as we want to see everyone back at live concerts, we must ask you to please stay home.
