Explicación:

Usualmente para pasar verbos de infinitivo a Past Simple, (o Simple Past), se le agrega -ed (painted, watched, etc).

 Pero hay otros verbos en los que esto no se puede hacer, los verbos irregulares. En estos la palabra cambia parcial o completamente, (become - became, have-had, etc.). Te recomiendo buscar alguna lista en internet.
