Usas el going to con el verb to be y los usas para tomar decisiones con anticipacion y también para planes fijos, te puedes ayudar cuando dice "next year", "after the class", "this weekend", "in october".
El will lo usas cuando decides hacer algo en el momento y tambien para predecir, te puedes ayudar con "I think", "I guess", "Maybe".
