well, a few of them are dancing.

are mum and dad dancing?

yes, mum is dancing, but dad isn't dancing, he is talking to uncle Jack and they are laughing a lot.

is aunty Linda there?

yes, she is. she is dancing with Brian from next door. oh, and dad is giving everyone a drink now.

what are they drinking?

coffee, I think. and some of them are drinking juice. mum isn't drinking anything.

are they eating?

only crisps and nuts and some cheese.

and we aren't eating anything. it's not fair!

but they think we are sleeping upstairs.

oh no, they don't. They are looking at this way. I think dad is coming over here.
