The agricultural technology is still renovated and innovated today and has improved a lot over the years. People have learned how to use different machines and farmers are now able to produce a larger number of food with less work. Around 300 years ago, 90% of the Americans lived on farms and produced their own food but today, only 2% of the population grows the food supplies for everybody. This has showed the growth of the agricultural technology.

The cell phones that we use, the laptop that I am using right now to make this project, the pens on my desk are all examples of inventions that were created in the industrial revolution but the technological revolution that we are experiencing today is creating more and more advanced products. Many other things are made from the technological revolution as well such emails which was not created fairly recently and this has made communicating much easier than having to actually write a letter. The technology are used commonly by people today and some children under the age of 10 has a cellphone so the improvement in the technology has showed very clearly.

The traditional telephone

The way that people communicate is so efficient nowadays and this was the result of both the industrial revolution and the technological revolution.

Agriculture was a huge part of the industrial revolution during the 18th century. During this period of time, new systems and machines were made such as seed drills, plows, and moldboards. These machines has taken a step further into farming technology and has made vast improvements.

Industrial Revolution vs. Technological revolution

Comparison of the agricultural technology

Overall, these machines has developed over the years and things has became so efficient that even though fewer people are doing work, they would still be able to feed many individuals. Although that food is super easily grown, there has been problems with the food because of the chemical fertilizers in the vegetables and the shots that animals take so although that food is easily made, the crops from the 18th century seems to be more safe than today.
