1 KG of fresh fish of any type salt, chili, lemon, Red onion, ground white pepper.
How to prepare ceviche Peruvian:
•Cut a 1 kg of fish fillet into medium cubes, no more than 2 cm on each side, and season it with salt, leaving it to rest for 10 minutes in a cold saucepan.
