lo único que debemos hacer es colocar NOT después del to be:

I am NOT a teacher

She is NOT a teacher

You are NOT a teacher

Depende el tiempo verbal, no siempre se le agrega el not y se le agrega una contracción, como You aren’t, they aren’t, he isn’t, etc
