First we put to heat in a Teflon pan or any other.

Second, we split the bread to matitad and put a slice of cheese. Third, we put the bread in the pan and hopefully warm the bread and when it is heated with a bottle of water, glass or something with which we could crush the bread with force until all the bread is flattened on both sides

finally we only serve with a coffee or tea.
