En este caso, para pasar una oración afirmativa a interrogativa solo debes de poner el verbo to be de la oración al principio de esta misma. El verbo to be se encuentra conjugado en pasado, por lo que es fácil identificarlo (was, were). De igual manera, la respuesta se hace con base al sujeto. Aquí una lista de qué forma del verbo to be le corresponde a cada sujeto:

I (yo): was, was not.

You (tú): were, weren't.

He (él): was, was not.

She (ella): was, was not.

It (eso, aquello): was, was not.

We (nosotros): were, weren't.

You (ustedes): were, weren't.

They (ellos): were, weren't.
