She can make cheese and delicious meals from the milk. However, her son Juan lives in the capital city, which is big and crowded. There are lots of cars and the air is not clean at all.When she visits her son, she feels sick and sad. She doesn't understand how people can live in those conditions and worries about her son. ​

When she doesn't visit her son she doesn't feel sick and sad. She understands how people can't live in those conditions and she is relaxed about her son.
