Explicación:

Para pasar de una frase "positiva" a "negativa" en inglés, es necesario agregar "not" y como plus, en las abreviaciones solo se omite una letra, que es "O" en la palabra not.

con abreviaciones quedaría;

  • Is + Not = Isn´t
  • Are + Not = Aren´t

Esto sabiendo conjugar el "Verb to be" (Como lo muestra la imagen adjuntada)
