Porque cuando terminas una tarea muy dificil, lo primero es que te sientes aliviado por eso, ya que lo terminaste, es importante relajarse despues de un arduo trabajo, ya sea mental como fisicamente, eso hace que el cuerpo ( una vez bien descansado) vuelva a tener una energia inical y tenga mas fuerzas para contiuar, lo que a mi me sirve es lavarme la cara con agua fria para sentirme un poco mas aliviada.
