On Saturday I was a bit tired. I stayed in bed until 11 o'clock in the morning
and then I take a shower, I ate a sandwich and I drink coffee. I went out and
walks around the city, I really like visit new places. My mother and I goes to
the supermarket and bought a lot of vegetables. My bags were heavy and we
take a taxi. My mother made Lasagna for dinner and then we watched a
movie.​

1. En "Drink" sería "drank" ya que es el "past verb" de "drink"
2. En "walks" sería solo "walk", "walks" es "camina", y si estás hablando del pasado sería "walked"
3. "My mother and I" supongo que ahí sería "My mother and me" o "me and my mother"
4. "take" como ya dije, si estás hablando del pasado sería "took"
