1. It's important because it helps you understand their perspective and lets them know that you're interested.

2. I feel sad because i feel like that person doesn't care about what i'm talking about, but there are some situations where the person is worried about something else, i'd understand if it were the case.

3. Maintain eye contact, ask questions, don't interrupt,don't impose my opinions, etc.

4. I feel i'm being listened with my parents, my family, my close friends, my teachers, etc.

5. It helped me making me feel supported, cared and happy.
