When I was younger, I loved read novels. But after I got my first smartphone, something changed. Look at my phone had become my only hobby and I'd stopped read book completely. So, last summer, I decided give up my phone for a month. At first, I found it almost impossible don't check my messages. But by the second week, I didn't miss text so much. I started read novels again and I really enjoyed have time to think. Of course, at the end of the month, I was excited have my phone back. But I'm glad I did my phone detox. I needed know that I could survive without my phone - and I did!
