Hello!!

Las contracciones en Inglés, son muy comunes y se usan mucho, dependiendo del contexto. Si estás en un contexto formal es mejor que nos las uses, pero si estás en una situación normal las puedes usar con toda libertad.

Las contracciones son una palabra que resulta de la combinación y abreviación de dos palabras, por ejemplo: He + is, su contracción es He's, como podemos observar la unión se representa mediante el apostrofe. Otro ejemplo, Do + not, su contracción es Don't.

Teniendo en cuenta lo anterior.

1. I'm often late for school.

2. Aren't they the daughters of Mr and Mrs Collins?

3. They're all going to wait for the results tomorrow.

4. Hadn't it been for you. I wouldn't have been around anymore.

5. I'd love to visit you one summer.

6. Peter's not willing to do it.

7. Where'd she go?

8. I've never been to the USA.

9. Let's wait another hour before we make a decision.
