Ingredients
1 unit of Turkey about 10 kg

4 Garlic cloves, chopped
1 kilogram of peeled and chopped tomatoes without seeds
1 Tablespoon Ground Pepper
40 Units of Boneless Olives
2 tablespoons of capers
50 Grams of Pasitas grapes
50 grams Peeled and chopped almonds
½ Achiote bar dissolved in 1/2 cup of white or red wine
1 pinch of salt
1 Bottle of White Wine
INSTRUCTIONS
1. The night before, clean the turkey and remove the guts. Put the turkey under the tap of the water to finish cleaning all the remains that remain inside. Throw a stream of white wine over the turkey and leave it in the refrigerator overnight.
2. Remove the turkey from the refrigerator one hour before starting to cook. Preheat oven to 200 ° C (400 F). And, while the oven is heating, heat a large saucepan or pan with the oil. When it is very hot, brown the garlic, previously chopped.
3. When the garlic is browned, add the ground beef and the baking until well fried and dry to make the stuffing for the turkey. Then, incorporate the pepper, the tomato, the olives, the capers, the raisins, the almonds and let it season well for 10 minutes.
4. Now, fill the Christmas turkey with the meat you just prepared with all the ingredients, and place it on a pavera or baking sheet.
