How to cook a spanish omelet

Ingredients:

• 5 eggs
• 500 g of potatos
• 1 onion
• Salt
• Oil

Steps:

First, we need to wash and cut the potatos. We will do the same with the onion. Then, we will put both things in a pan and cover with oil, let them cook over medium heat until they are cooked. After that we will remove the potatoes from the pan. Then we will put eggs in a large bowl, mix them and add them to the potatoes and onion, add a little salt and mix. Finally, we will add oil to the pan and add the omelet. We will wait a little until the omelet sets and when it is finished it can be placed on a plate and it will be ready to enjoy our delicious spanish omelet!
