Te doy un consejo para guiarte en el first conditional:

Luego de la palabra IF, siempre va a estar el presente simple, como en el primer ejemplo:

If you cook some eggs... (Si cocinas huevos...)

y continua la oración con WILL.

I will make some coffee. (Yo haré café.)

Puede ser que en una oración esté primero Will y después If.

Sara will see a doctor

if she still feels sick tomorrow.

Siempre: If va acompañado del presente simple.

Nunca: "If you will cook". No existe.
