I think this image show us how we should react in these situations. I think it's a great idea tell us that we need to be courteous and empathetic with people who need more help than others.

1. when you see a person who need the seat on the public transport, immediately offer our seat.

2.if you see a person that don't need help and you see also a person that they need the seat, say the person who don't need if she or he can offer their seat.

3.teach since children to be courteous with people who need more help.
