Abilities : He obtained superhuman strenght, speed, reflexes and durability, and also acquiring the famous "spider-sense", that alerts him from any danger, his senses also sharpened, thus making him very powerful
Archenemies : Altough Spider-Man doesn't have a single particular archenemy, he does have 3, Green Goblin, Doctor Octopus, and Venom.
