In my case I make sure to take care of my health, since as far as i know it's really necessary to have a desingned diet, activitis schedule, and a good mental health to keep a good pace of life.

In my experience I make sure to eat vegetables, fruits and the necessary vitamins to stay healthy and prevent many diseases.

Finally i make sure to make any activities like run on my near by park and make some training.
