Eloy Alfaro

First he was born in Montecristi, on June 25, 1842. He was an Ecuatorian military and politician. Later he was also president of the republic from 1895 to 1901 and from 1906 to 1911. He had the opportunity to live many years out of the country for political reasons. Then, the war to death between the liberal factions culminated on January 28, 1912. Finally, he was captured and dragged along with other liberals.
