In the case of H v W, Judge Nigel Willis had this to say "...The law has to take into account changing realities not only technologically but also socially or else
it will lose credibility in the eyes of the people. without credibility, law loses legitimacy. If law lose legitimacy, it loses acceptance, If it loses acceptance, it

Every point of the system has been touched by this virus and countries all over the world has taken a variety of actions to address the risks.
These changes have been undertaken to protect everyone who touches the justice system, whether they are justice-involved individuals or
those who work in the justice system. In particular, most countries have tried to reduce involvement with the justice system and limit person-to-
person interactions, whether with law enforcement, in courts or in corrections. Coronavirus has affected every part of the justice system and the
individuals responsible for the system have had to take steps to respond to this impact. To what extent do you think the criminal justice system
