Depends on who you ask: Some people say we are divided, that our differences are so great that we almost can't get along with each other. You can see racism and xenophobia among the countries in Latin America and it's not rare at all, sadly.
Others will say we are one, from the same root: We care, support and trust each other. We speak the same language after all and we've been through similar problems as well.
