Becuase they see it as a freat example to follow and not only withing the sport but to achieve all the goals, do to represent him in his achievements

Their achievements their education, their respecto, the value of that person to want to improve them selves.

I say yes, because every effort is rewarded and athetes try hard to reach the goal
