The best advice is to follow faithfully the phases of a project to reach a happy conclusion.

Actually the Life Cycle of a Project consists of five (5) parts to know:

1) Beginning.

2) Planning.

3) Execution.

4) Follow-up.

5) Closure.

It is evident that the project must first be approached in the Start-up Phase which in some cases is called Pre-Project.

Then we move on to the Planning Phase, in which resources are assigned to the project.

Once approved, the project begins in the Execution Phase.

Once the project is underway, it must be followed up to check its compliance and, if necessary, make the necessary adjustments.

Once the project is concluded, it is very important to draw up the Project Closing Document in order to give the final settlement and record the completion of the project.
