Explicación:
Cuando queremos expresar “acabar de + infinitivo”, en inglés se usa el presente perfecto con just (entre have/has y el participio del verbo):
ex. Paul has just left. (Paul acaba de irse)
ex. I have just submitted the draft of the project. (Acabo de entregar el borrador del proyecto)
Por otro lado, tenemos los adverbios already y yet, que también se usan con el presente perfecto. Already significa en español “ya” y normalmente va en oraciones afirmativas. Se usa entre have/has y el participio del verbo:
ex. I am only 15 years old, but I have already visited more than 10 countries in my life.
ex. Sandra has already finished her homework.
Por último, yet es un adverbio que en español significa aún o todavia. se usa en oraciones negativas
