FIRST CONDITIONAL • Comenzamos a trabajar con las oraciones condicionales, las cuales llevan ese nombre porque en ellas hay una condición y un resultado , osea la oración tiene dos partes. Veamos : If I study , I will pass the exam. (si estudio , aprobaré el examen) If my mother has money , she will go to the supermarket. ( si mamá tiene plata , irá al supermercado)
Condition Result
• Un elemento importantísimo en las oraciones condicionales es la : IF que la podemos encontrar adelante o atrás.
If Paul studies hard , he will pass the English test.(Si Paul estudia mucho , aprobará el examen de Inglés)
Paul will pass the English test if he studies hard. ( Paul aprobará el examen de Ingles si estudia mucho) • En estas oraciones también hay dos tiempos verbales : PRESENTE que SIEMPRE acompañará la IF, y FUTURO del otro lado. • Nosotros ya vimos y repasamos estos dos tiempos verbales por separado, ahora los trabajaremos juntos .
Qué debemos recordar sobre el Presente y Futuro???
En presente cada vez que tengamos : He -She – IT como sujeto el verbo va a cambiar.
-Agregamos “es” a los verbos terminados en : x, sh, ch, o, s
Ejemplos : I watch T.V - she watches T.V. We go to school - He goes to school They fix computers – Dad fixes my computer
_ si nos encontramos con el verbo HAVE lo cambiamos a HAS
Paul has lunch (have lunch)at school.
_ Si tenemos verbos terminados en consonante + y , esta la sacmos y colocamos ies
Simom studies ( study) English .
The Baby cries (cry) every morning.

_ Todo el resto de verbos agregaremos “s”

PARA NEGAR en presente utilizaremos el DON´T o DOESN´T + el verbo base
I don´t study English She doesn´t study English.
Con respecto al FUTURO es bastante más simple porque utilizaremos el Will o el Won´t + el verbo base. I will go to the cinema
