2. it / to rain - It is raining.

3. he / to repair his bike - He is repairing his bike.

Se usa el presenta continuo cuando hablas de algo que está pasando en ese mismo momento, te recomiendo que repases eso, ya que es fácil y básico. Espero haberte ayudado.
