E.g: He has been playing the guitar for 1 hour.

Negative.
Subject + has not/hasn’t / have not/haven’t + been + verb-ing + object + since/for + time duration.
E.g: He hasn’t been playing the guitar for 1 hour.

Interrogative.
Has/have + subject + been + verb-ing + object + since/for + time duration + ?
E.g: Has he been playing the guitar for 1 hour?
