Tienes que memorizar esto para que se facilite:

I am - Yo soy

She is - Ella es

He is - Él es

It is - Eso es ("It" se usa para objetos o animales)

You are - Tú/ustedes eres/son

We are - Nosotros somos

Para que sepas los negativos sólo tendrás que saber que al final de am, is o are estará escrito "not". Pero entonces, por qué no hay "not" en "is"? La razón es porque juntaron "is" con "not" (isn't), lo mismo con are: "are" con "not" sería "aren't"
